01What you get

More time for the calls clients hire you to make.

Cash forecasts, models and monthly reports all need the same actuals. Moving those numbers between spreadsheets takes time before the analysis starts. We connect accounting and FP&A in one platform, with scope agreed for your firm and each workflow and connection validated before live use.

Built around your booksLedger and bank connections are scoped, built and validated for your firm. Your team defines the assumptions, reporting requirements and who can approve changes to the books.

A 13-week cash forecast that stays current.

Connect the forecast to ledger and bank activity, reconcile it weekly, and update assumptions as actual activity changes. Keep a clear way for your team to review and override assumptions.

Live three-statement and valuation models.

Feed actuals into the models without Excel data dumps. Keep your team’s modeling assumptions and use researched industry transaction comparables to inform valuation projections.

Financial and bank covenant reporting.

Generate reports from the closed books in the format each client needs. Agree the package, covenant definitions and review requirements as part of the build.

Accounting and finance, in the same platform.

Accounting closes the month. Finance uses those actuals for forecasts, models and reporting, with fewer exports and handoffs between the two teams.

Observed in Project Falcon. FP&A saved about 1.5 hours per week per portfolio company. The team automated its 13-week cash forecast, maintained three-statement and valuation models from live GL data, and generated financial and bank covenant reports in the same platform. This was one private equity portfolio; your firm needs its own scope and baseline. Read the FP&A case study.

02What it does

FP&A and accounting, connected for each client.

Choose the workflows that remove repeated preparation for your team. Each uses that client’s books, assumptions and reporting requirements. Your engagement defines which workflows we build and validate.

  1. Financial and bank covenant reports, per client

Build the monthly package from closed actuals, including financial statements, budget-to-actual reporting, the KPIs you choose and bank covenant schedules. The scope sets each client’s formats, definitions and review requirements. Once accounting closes the month, finance can generate its reports from the same data.

Generate the agreed reporting package from the closed books.

  2. Thirteen weeks of cash, per client

Use open bills and invoices, bank activity and recurring payments to maintain a 13-week cash forecast for each client. Reconcile it against the ledger and bank weekly. Agents update payment assumptions from actual activity; your team can review and override them when it knows something the books do not.

The forecast updates from actual activity. Your team reviews the assumptions.

  3. Three-statement models and valuation projections

Connect live general ledger data to the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow model, with the assumptions your team uses today. Research recent industry transactions to inform valuation assumptions and track the models each month without another Excel export.

Current actuals in the models, with assumptions your team can explain.

  4. A weekly check of what moved

Each week it pulls the last seven days. It compares each purchase and deposit to the last four weeks. Anything far off the norm is flagged.

Review flagged movements and the evidence behind them.

  5. Handoff packs

What is done and what is left. What is stuck and what is at risk. Missing evidence. Old conclusions. Open questions. The calls someone still has to make. It is built from what is there now, not written from memory. The next person can pick it up from the pack alone.

Your exit is a pack, not three weeks you cannot bill.

  6. What your contracts say

You upload a contract. It is scanned for viruses. Renewal dates, loan terms, payment terms and price step-ups are read out and passed to the parts that need them. The text of a document is treated as data, not as an instruction, before the AI sees it.

A contract can tell the system things. It cannot tell it what to do.

  7. Alerts for all your clients

One view for every client. Is the sync healthy? Is cash at risk? Where is the close? Is budget off? Are bills or invoices at risk? What is waiting for a yes? The worst comes first. Each alert opens onto the data behind it, not a summary of it.

One place that says which client needs you today.

  8. Cost per client

Every AI call is metered and charged to the client it ran for. Then it is rolled up. You see what it costs per client, not one line on someone else’s bill.

You can price the work knowing what it costs to run.

Parts you do not need are switched off. They are not shipped as clutter. Each selected part is set up in the build, on your clients’ own books. Their books, their calendars, their charts of accounts, and who can say yes.

03The rule

Nothing posts without a name on it.

One rule holds across every job above. The AI reads, works things out, drafts and proposes. Plain code does the sums and the checks. A person you name says yes to anything that reaches the books. Nothing posts on its own. There is no setting that turns that on.

Why this mattersIf you cannot show how a number was made, you end up defending it by hand. The proof is the product.

Four levels of risk
Every action gets a risk level. If it touches the books or a client, a person must approve it first. If the system does not know an action, it treats it as the riskiest kind.
Two people, two jobs
The one who prepares is never the one who approves. You set who can approve what, per client and per amount.
Plain proposals
Before, after, the source, the risk, who must approve, and when it expires. All on one screen.
One record
The prompt, the run, each step, the proposal, the yes or no, and the post. One chain. You can walk it backwards.
A circuit breaker
If a task starts to get things wrong, the system takes away that task’s freedom and tells you. It can only step down. It can never step itself up.
Answers show their source
Every answer says the period, the basis, the source, and when the data was synced. If it could not check a thing, it says so.
04How it works

Five rungs. Each one stands on its own. Nothing commits you to the next. The Sprint licence never ends. The code and files we deliver stay with you. The monthly run goes on only while you want it.

See all five steps →

On priceThe Sprint and the Bootcamp have set prices. The build and the run are quoted for each firm. The build is for firms with 15 or more client sets of books. Below that, start with the Sprint or the Bootcamp.

  1. Close teardown

Free · 20 minutes · accounting and CAS firms

For owners of accounting and CAS firms. Bring your client and team numbers; we walk one typical close to find the work that repeats and where a build would not help.

    Book a teardown →

A one-page map on request, sent within 48 hours. Yours to keep, with no purchase required.

  2. The Sprint

    $2,000 · one payment · one firm · self-guided

A self-guided finance and accounting platform your firm builds for itself. A guided planner and tested foundation give you the starting point. Your own compatible AI coding workspace helps build and test selected workflows. Buy the Bootcamp later and the full $2,000 credits against one seat.

What is in The Sprint →

A perpetual licence to the supplied source. Workspace, AI and hosting costs are separate. Validate each workflow before live use.

  3. The Bootcamp

$5,000 · four live weeks · small group

The Sprint is included. Your team builds and tests one starter workflow on test data, with us in the room, then plans the next build.

What is in The Bootcamp →

The Sprint, a tested starter workflow, and a next-build plan.

  4. The build

Four weeks · quoted for your firm

One close that runs for every client. We move the first clients onto it. Week one is the check-up: read-only access, a map of what does not match, and the plan. You are buying an asset for your firm. The system we build for you is yours on payment in full.

AI and hosting are running costs. Any support you choose is separate from the asset purchase.

  5. Running it

Optional · monthly · two plans · quoted for your firm

Base. We run the software for you. It runs in your own cloud account. We manage who can sign in, on your say. We look after your APIs, the links to your AI and your other tools. We can get in and fix them. We do not control them. The accounts stay in your name, and you pay for them.

Plus. Everything in Base. And 20 hours a month to build new features you ask for.

    Fractional AI Officer

Already built your own AI tools? We work with your team on what is still missing: controls, connections, testing and day-to-day use.

An extension of managed services, scoped around the tools you already have. You can start here without buying an earlier rung. We agree priorities, responsibilities and fees before work starts.

    Book a scope call →

A separate service you can choose. Stopping it does not take away the system you own.

What could a client not do without you?

Pick the client you would least like to lose. Answer six questions about what happens to it if you stop on Friday. Three minutes. No email. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

You leave with one page. It names what that client could not do without you, in the order worth fixing. It is the same list that blocks your next client. The work only you can do is not an asset. It is the reason there is no room for one more.

06Where to start

Find the work your close repeats.

A free, 20-minute diagnosis for accounting and CAS firm owners, typically with 30–80 recurring clients and a delivery team. We walk one typical close, name the work that repeats, and say what is not worth building. If you want a one-page map, we send it within 48 hours. You keep it whether or not anything follows.

No access, no passwords, nothing installed. We talk through one typical client close.
