The short version, which the long version below does not contradict: we collect what you give us, we use it to deliver what you asked for and to follow up, we don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing, and you can ask us what we hold or ask us to delete it by emailing info@byram-advisory.com. The software we build for you is separate, and we hold none of your clients’ books.

Software on your firm’s systems

This section is about the product. The sections after it are about this website.

Your firm builds The Sprint on systems it controls. A system we build for you also runs in your own accounts. The data paths depend on the tools and connections your firm approves.

We do not copy your clients’ books out of your systems. We do not keep a copy. If a fix needs us to look at real data, it happens inside your environment, on your say-so.

If your own clients ask who touches their data, the answer is that the system runs in your firm’s account, under your firm’s controls, and a person you name approves anything that posts.

What we collect on this site

When you use one of our instruments, contact us, subscribe to updates, share a Diagnostic result, or book a session, we collect what you type into the form — typically your name, work email, firm name, role, how many client entities you carry, and a phone number if you choose to give one. Booking a close teardown collects your name, email and the preparation answers you provide about recurring clients, delivery people and where the close hurts. Please leave client names and confidential details out of those answers. We use them to prepare for the call and, if you request it, write your map. Owen asks permission before recording a teardown; you may decline and still have the call. The Diagnostic keeps your twelve answers in the current browser tab. Your result appears without an email. If you choose to share it, we receive the contact details you enter and a derived summary of the result, but not the twelve raw answers. The private AI Register likewise stays in the browser and asks for no email.

The Close Capacity Map helps you choose a next step for one recurring close job and asks for no email. An estimate of your own time is optional. Answers are held in memory until you reload or close that tab; they are not saved to our servers or browser storage. You can download your map or copy a booking brief yourself. The Close Teardown opens in a new tab, and no map answers are filled in or sent automatically. If you paste a brief into the calendar’s preparation questions and submit a booking, HubSpot receives it with the other booking details. Please leave client names and confidential information out. The read-only fictional example is labelled as an example.

If you buy something from us, payment is handled by Stripe; we receive your name, email, and confirmation of the purchase, and we never see your card number. Our site also uses analytics cookies and tags that tell us which pages were visited, which generic calls to action were used and, if you arrived from one of our emails, posts, or ads, which one — so we can tell what is useful and what is not. The close teardown page does not send your preparation answers to Google Analytics or session-replay tools. Diagnostic analytics record aggregate completion and destination clicks, not the answers or contact details you enter. Capacity Map analytics record generic starts, completions, copy or download actions, and booking-destination clicks, without your answers, hours, activity names or booking brief. We do not load HubSpot tracking, session-replay or advertising tags on the Capacity Map.

Measuring Close Teardown bookings

We keep a fixed campaign source in the current browser session so a booking can be connected to the lead magnet that brought you here. With advertising permission, we retain the most recent paid source and LinkedIn’s click identifier in this browser for up to 30 days. A completed booking in the embedded calendar can send a conversion event to Google Analytics with analytics permission, and to LinkedIn with advertising permission. These events contain generic campaign and ad identifiers and a random event identifier, not your name, email, preparation answers or tool answers. LinkedIn also receives the normal browser and network information processed by its advertising tag. We keep a non-readable booking identifier and sent-event flags in this browser to avoid counting the same booking twice; longer-term storage needs advertising permission and expires after 30 days. You can allow or withdraw these permissions under “Booking measurement choices” on the booking page; we keep that preference for 30 days. This new booking measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Blocking measurement does not stop you booking a teardown. Changing your choices later does not backfill bookings made while you had declined that measurement.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for (the guide, a Diagnostic follow-up, a reply, a booking, or a purchase); to follow up — we say this on the form itself, and every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out; to understand which of our writing and outreach is actually useful; and to meet legal and accounting obligations for purchases.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf, and no one else: HubSpot (forms, contact records, scheduling, and site analytics), Google Analytics (site usage measurement), Microsoft Clarity (anonymised page interaction and session replay, with form inputs masked — we do not load it on pages where an instrument’s answers are on screen), LinkedIn Insight Tag (campaign and site measurement), Stripe (payments), Microsoft 365 and our email tooling (correspondence and outreach), and Render (this website’s hosting). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

These providers process website and business-communication data under Byram’s arrangements. Your firm separately chooses and approves the providers, accounts and data paths for its platform. A provider may serve both Byram and your firm through separate accounts.

Email, and stopping it

If we email you, it's because you asked for something, bought something, or we believed the material was professionally relevant to you. Every marketing message includes an opt-out — reply "Stop", use the unsubscribe option, or email info@byram-advisory.com — and we honor it promptly.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep contact records while they're useful for the purposes above, and purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except what we're legally required to keep. Ask us what we hold about you and we'll tell you.

Security

Your information lives in the systems named above, each under its own security program, with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect; if something ever goes wrong that affects your data, we'll tell you plainly.

Children

Our services are for professionals and firms. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up at this address with a new date at the top. Material changes get a mention in the next email we send you.
